The suppliers are very responsive via email and tough it took a while to get to me in the UK, It’s great quality, comes packaged in a nice tube and I had enough paints to complete it. Will definitely buy another custom piece!

Loved the two cute minis I received. Loved the two cute minis I received. The Sloth was perfect and paint in good shape. Unfortunately, the Flamingo’s paint was completely dried out. In their defense, I didn’t complain as I mixed my own from my professional supplies.

I ordered 4 kits on 12/30/23 I ordered 4 kits on 12/30/23. Besides the initial email confirming my purchase, I have received no updates since. I’ve sent emails and gotten no reply. I’ve done their “chat” where they indicate 24/7 availability and no bots (twice). Nothing. Website indicates shipping within 5 days. I’m working with PayPal to get my refund. Very disappointed.
