Although shipping is free with minimum purchase, lead times are long, and shipments are split....for example, on one order of 5 items, 3 items where shipped via USPS, the other two via FEDEX; two weeks between receipt. The USPS box arrived damaged and opened with a note from Post Office; no invoice or inventory included, but i had my original order and discivered one item was missing. Contacted the store via email and sent followup email with pictures....they stated it was a recurring problem with USPS, and offered to send me a replacement item. On a positive, Customer service is quick and receptive.

They acted like they had everything in… They acted like they had everything in stock so I would get is quickly. Over 1/2 of my order is coming directly from Dixie Belle. If I wanted to wait 3 weeks I would have ordered from Dixie Belle directly.

Owen Owen, the owner, is the best customer service person I have ever met. He not only provides quality product and ships quickly but he also has a wealth of info about painting furniture and is not afraid to coach someone. I love doing business with Owen.

Absolutely the worst experience… Absolutely the worst experience purchasing something for my business! If I could leave a zero star review I would. I purchased a large order of wood rounds and requested to have the shipping expedited. the Etsy seller 'gladly' obliged stating that they would get my order out ASAP..... lets jump to a week later and still my order hasn't shipped???? I simply asked when my order was set to ship out and then Owen (the lovely owner) CANCELLED MY ORDER!! I was waiting 8 days for my order to ship just to have it cancelled last minute! Never Ever shop with this unreliable company- Shortly after writing this review I received a threatening letter and message from the seller - demanding I take down my review or risk legal action. This review is a true account of my experience with this company and I will not be harassed nor threatened to change or alter my honest review.
