Love it! I purchased a painting of our family dog as a Christmas gift for my son. It is absolutely adorable. The artist did a super job of capturing Charter’s personality, and the coloring is spot on. He was holding his favorite worn-out toy in his mouth, and the artist did a great job of making the toy look worn and tattered. In the original picture I sent, Charter was lying on a colorful rug. I wanted and asked for that rug as the background, but they apparently don’t paint such details for backgrounds. I was happy with solid background. It’s a nice color which I was able to choose. The artist sent a picture of his painting to me for approval, and I made a couple of requests for changes. The changes were made and looked great. It was very well packed, and arrived in perfect condition. I hope I can wait until Christmas to give it to my son!

Buyer be warned/ updated The first attempt at a oil of my individuals came with parts not painted or missing like is was brush stokes missing in various spots. I thought it was shipped wet, however there WAS no oil paint on the bubble wrap so it was intentionally shipped in this condition. I was mortified. They did have it redone by someone different which i had to wait.. and it was ok.. i contacted them and said , because of this i thought it was appropriate to offer a free oil or greatly reduced painting.. lol i got the same 15% everyone else gets.. i would say its a coin toss ..i wont be using this service again They redid the piece.. offered a substantial discount on a new piece and the redone painting is gorgeous 💯

Amazing! The portrait we received was beautiful. It was for my mother in law for her late mother and she immediately cried when she opened it. I sent a black and white photo and the artist figured out the perfect colors to add. My mother in law stated that the artist got her expression on her face perfectly. She bragged about the gift to everyone and it felt so great to give something so meaningful. Such a great gift idea!

Excellent service throughout Excellent service throughout. Easy to load the photos to be used. Feedback on the previews was simple and acknowledged quickly. My shipment was to the UAE and arrived in perfect condition. Did everything they promised on the website and, most importantly, delivered a fabulous portrait. Would give them 6-stars if I could!
