He investigated, measured, and sent me specs about my SUV (not listed on the website) to show that the unit will fit my trunk. Thank you. 9/19/2021 Update: I finished the assembly of my unit. It is made of quality materials. You can tell the craftsmanship is that of a passionate engineer. There is even a chair and a screwdriver included in the box! The video instructions were excellent. Grant made the engineering portion of the project simple to follow for anyone. The modular design of the unit makes it easy for one person to carry it into the trunk and re-assemble it there. I had difficulty finding the "Cam Nuts". So I called "customer service" on Saturday evening. Grant answered the call right away. He told me that he had installed the "Cam Nuts" in the unit for me already before shipping !! I was impressed.....All I can say is "Thank you".
