Very polite communication, personally would not use this service again. I was told about the service provided here in brand ungating. Provided all necessary documents to the team handling the case. I didn't like that they were unresponsive at times when asking how the case was going. Paid a fee upfront to evaluate the case which is fine and I agreed to the terms laid out before proceeding. I was then charged double what I initially paid for because I was told the case needed more time to handle, I again proceeded to pay the fee. At the end of it all the case was never resolved and never did I receive a response of what happened. What I did receive was another bill to handle the case, mind you it had been more than 5 weeks and nothing was resolved. A bummer because $870 was spent.

Definitely Would Recommend Tiffiany and her team are very knowledgeable about Amazon's policies. Her confidence about how to respond to Amazon every step of the way was very reassuring. She was very quick to respond at all hours of the day and night. She made this whole experience easy to manage.
