Our team at Earning Freedom helps business leaders improve their corporate messaging. We also assist team leaders in developing ongoing training exercises to comply with regulations and laws. With an investment in transparency and documenting best practices, companies lower their risk exposure to government investigations and charges for white-collar crimes. Services we offer may lower rates of internal fraud, and lessen exposure to costly government investigations, qualifying some companies for deferred-prosecution agreements (DPA) or perhaps non-prosecution agreements. Our motto: We did the time so you won't have to. Visit us today to learn how we help companies with compliance, and individuals with risk mitigation.

A college professor weighs in I was fortunate enough to meet Justin Paperny in 2010 not long after he started putting his life back together after his release from prison. I was immediately impressed with how he spent his time while incarcerated. He took responsibility for his actions and started working on helping others. As a college professor teaching graduate classes in fraud, I realized very quickly that Justin would be an excellent person to speak to my students. It was not a simple task to get him to the University of New Mexico, but we made it happen and it was well worth the effort. Justin mesmerized my students with his openness, honesty and advice. Books cannot teach what Justin had to offer that day and I still run into students from my class who mention the impactful day we had with Justin. I am not surprised to see what Justin has accomplished since we first met and I know this is just the beginning. I wholeheartedly recommend Justin as his background, experience (ethics and compliance training, sentence mitigation, author, lecturer) and understanding of the system (from investigation to post-incarceration) makes him the perfect person to help those in need.

Struggled with Federal legal case I am struggling with Federal legal issues. These group of men have struggled with the Federal legalities as I am. They strive to help others through the process. They are very knowledgeable and once had similar struggles in the Federal system like me. They are very supportive and really care. They interviewed family, friends, coworker, mentors and wrote the most amazing "Character Reference" letters on my behalf for the judge. They helped me understand things I didn't have the answers for. They responded to my texts, phone calls, emails promptly. Very professional. Little expensive, but well worth it. I recommend them to anyone who is struggling, worrying and need assistance with your federal case. AMAZING. Thank you to all of you...

I trust Justin Paperny with my clients Justin Paperny is the only person I trust with my clients in his area of expertise. As an attorney, I am very particular about who I trust my clients with. Justin has been a resource for me, my clients, and he was kind enough to come speak at an attorney conference I put together in Texas. I highly recommend Justin and am thankful for all the wonderful work he does.

I highly recommend the entire team at… I highly recommend the entire team at Compliance Mitigation. My experience with White Collar Advice was very positive. Working with Justin Paperny and Brad Rouse made a big difference in the sentencing in my legal case. I had a better than expected outcome because of them. I wish we had engaged them sooner.

I paid $6,000 to this organization… I paid $6,000 to this organization after my sentencing, and was misled to think they could reduce my "time". But I did not get one day reduced because I had a short sentence. (They should have known that). Also, when I was in Prison I met others who were dissatisfied that when they entered prison they felt abandoned by this group, as did I. They are excellent in preparing you to enter prison. I like the group personally but feel they need help with PR after they cash your check. They did help me with making my prison time more understandable and more pleasant and I am grateful for that. I have really tried to get help after I am out of prison, with shortening my 3 years probation, but have not gotten a bit of help. So maybe somebody could advise me what to do. I looked on line, and it seems that after one year, a petition can be made to end this .
