GBBooking Restriction The site let me book 2 nights even though there was a 3 night minimum which wasn’t listed. It was cancelled & I booked 3 nights. I didn’t see a place for the Good Sam discount either. The CEO emailed me concerned about this & offered to credit me the 10% discount too. I consider this excellent customer service. Thanks

GBFirst time I've used Bookoutdoors.com First time I've used Bookoutdoors.com and the experience was satisfying. They kept me informed though the whole process of booking a reservation. They answered my questions in a timely matter. They also clear up some confusion on an address that I had.

GBgood customer service & fast help we booked and then the next day the site told us it wasn’t available. we had to rebook and wait for a refund so that was inconvenient but the CEO personally helped us get it fixed and that was very appreciated. we still got a different type of spot that would work for us.

GBEasy site and friendly staff Easy to navigate site and was able to find some great camping spots for now and future visits. Had to make a change to a reservation and the customer service team was friendly and quick to respond to my needs. Bookmarked site to use again soon!
