Called and Smith's immediately canceled my existing order and helped me order the newer version. Gave me excellent, detailed guidance on "good" vs. "excellent" condition (i.e., will the "good" condition duffel be good enough to get my kid to college on the other side of the country.) In fact, "good" was great--arrived promptly and was even better quality than described. Great service, great quality, great condition. Would buy from them again.
