It's so rare to find a tech company these days where you're dealing with real people, based in the United States that actually care about their customers. I ended up with a complicated payment problem and was looking for solution and Checkbook was an absolute fit. Anthony walked me through the entire process, even though this wasn't specifically his department and made sure from start to finish that everything was seamless and just worked. GBBatch payments made (really) easy I needed to pay 150 people for a large project. Charlie from Sales and John from Support made starting up and getting our people paid seamless. We were able to email everyone a secure link where they entered their own direct deposit info. We're very happy with how things turned out and so are our contractors.

GBPossible scam? A company purchased some items from me and they use Checknook.io as a payment service. The company that I sold goods to issued a payment to me using Checkbook.io. Payment failed to be deposited. I received an email stating the failure and the email gave 2 options to rectify the situation. option 1: verify another bank account which I did, and it was successfully verified through Plaid but checkbook.io gives another error stating this check cannot be deposited. I then used option 2: print the check, I attempted to print and get another error stating this check cannot be printed. I am out the goods that I sold and the company who purchased said goods paid their portion for the goods but checkbook.io has my funds. I've gone around and around trying to either deposit the funds through ACH or print the check all through checkbook.io's service and have had no luck. The company who purchased the goods from me stated they issued payment through checkook.io 3 days ago now. Support has been contacted but still hasn't corrected the error on their part and I still am out my products and my money for said products. I would love for checkbook.io to correct this and provide the service they are in the business of (Handing funds over from one party to another)
