I was scammed and being ignored I was scammed. Product was not what they described. Liars!! I should have read these reviews beforehand. They haven't responded to my emails. I sent to 2 different emails. It's been over 2 weeks. I'm going to make a claim thru PayPal. Hopefully they can stop them from cheating customers..

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! I ordered a reversible umbrella in May 2022. It never came. Since the beginning of August 2022 I have sent their Customer Service 4 requests to update me on the status. My order was confirmed via email but it was never sent. You have to go hunting for a contact telephone number that never repies. THIS SITE/COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! BUYER BEWARE.

This company is a total scam! This company is a total scam! I ordered plush toys in July and I got them in August, but they were not the same quality as the advertised ones. I returned the package the next day to their return address in the U.S. I haven't received my money back! It's been almost 4 months! I keep e-mailing the company, but I never hear back from them. Such an awful experience! Please don't buy from them!
