AUI ordered the Margo diamond gown which… I ordered the Margo diamond gown which was a pre order item 4-8 weeks. The event was 9 weeks from the date which the order was placed. I was promised 2 different delivery dates. The dress came the day before the event. It was huge, not a true XS. There was so much excess fabric, poorly cut on the split like a 3 year old had cut it. On top of all that the colour was a tacky rose gold not the nude in the picture. It looked NOTHING like the picture. I emailed the company giving them my feedback and received no response. Did I mention this dress nearly cost me 2500AU with taxes. Prices don't justify workmanship.

AUI purchased one of their best selling… I purchased one of their best selling “Mademoiselle Dress” and upon arrival I was shocked to see how poor quality the dress is. The sequins were not sewed on but glued on with the glitter. The packaging was full of loose materials and there was no way the dress could be worn without sequins and glitter falling off constantly or made it to the dry cleaner. The mesh net fabric and seaming was cheap. Do not order if you want to only wear it once. Its not worth the price tag.

GBA pure act of racism My daughter from an Asian descent was hired as an intern for 3 days at the Soho location. She went to work 10 mins early ahead of her scheduled time and was not introduced to the team when she walked in. She was basically left to fend for herself and was treated like garbage. She felt ignored and no one was keen to talk to her. They definitely made her feel she didn't belong there!! She was so so excited to work here! How can this company be so racist? Is there accountability from anyone? She deserves an apology
