I ordered a wrong size I ordered a wrong size, I tried to get in contact with customer service to exchange the insert and nobody answers. Now I need to return the item at my expense, hope the item will be delivered properly and wait the reimbursement (if you decide that is deserved) and then buy and pay for another delivery fee. Worst shopping experience ever.

Got this organizer for my Never Full Got this organizer for my Never Full. I use it as a diaper bag so wanted some separation. Has more pockets then I actually use, but better to have extra then less! The color matches perfectly.

Soft yet sturdy Soft yet sturdy. The pockets are pockets and not slips, so nothing falls through. The color is perfect. The sides could be a tad higher as they make the top of the Speedy 30 flatten out giving the bag a square boxy look when using the bandolier. I can see and find everything now, my bag is not the bottomless pit of despair that it was. It does make the bag seem bulkier since it doesn’t flatten out against you giving it more of a luggage look. I worry about wear and tear in places were the insert causes shaper edges that don’t move as nicely like when the bag is slouching. I will use the insert about half the time and small pouches the other half, it will depend on what I am doing.
