Beautiful fabric. Exceptional customer service! Beautiful fabric! It made my special occasion dress just what I'd hoped for. When the shipment was held up at the post office, I contacted Spoonflower and asked them to check on the order. They were able to expedite the shipment and managed to get the fabric to me on time, saving the day! I cannot say enough how grateful I am to the Spoonflower team for their help. Thank you so much!

The not so good and then there was good I find it frustrating that I cannot get a response from a real person. The AI or bot in support is less than adequate. They do not answer questions and trying to get an email from a real person is nonexistent as far as I can tell. That's too bad because I love Spoonflower. BUT, I do have a glowing report about Spoonflower's order fulfillment. I have a store on Etsy that has all my Spoonflower work for sale. Etsy had approved an order which I was fulfilling in Spoonflower. Spoonflower stopped the order because the mailing address was to an abandon building. Why Etsy did not catch this I don't know. But Spoonflower did and I am grateful for that. Thank you guys!

I get quick responses to my questions I get quick responses to my questions. I joined Spoonflower to have my art/photos printed on material so I can make my own tops and moomoo's. I've not been disappointed since joining in April 2020.

Don't get me wrong Don't get me wrong. The business model here seems solid. My 2 star rating is based on their policy with swatches. No doubt it is not cheap to send actual samples. But the price they are charging for them actually made me narrow down my pick too much, landing on two. And one of the swatches (they only provide a bottom cut) did not show what the main portion of the wallpaper would look like. They graciously refunded that item but the effort is a pain to do over again too soon. Perhaps smaller swatches at no charge would make it much more likely that I would finish the job and make the purchase.

My experience with SpoonFlower... I was looking for a fabric backer for the quilt I was making, and wanted to find specific colors in an interesting pattern. I had already checked the local fabric shops and came up dry, so I decided to shop online instead--and when I discovered SpoonFlower I was thrilled to see they literally have of thousands of colors and patterns available. I browsed through their selection, and placed an order. When my fabric arrived I was very pleasantly surprised at the vivid colors of the design and the high quality of the fabric. I love the print-on-demand concept, and will shop here again because of the incredibly vast selection, and the quality of the finished product. There's certainly cheaper fabric available elsewhere, but for sure I'll buy again from SpoonFlower; what a great find they are!
