Every step of the process from approval, sample patch picture, starting production, finish production, address confirmation, shipping, & confirming delivery. Simply fantastic! I changed the image for the patch the day AFTER I gave final approval. They cheerfully made my full order with the new image, even though I told them I would take the "already made" patches as part of my order. I highly recommend Patches US!
