Never Again Never Again. Ordered something over a week a ago, and got it after a week or so. Tried contacting Customer service but got no reply. What’s the point having a business if you don’t prioritise your customers. What’s the point paying for 1-3 day delivery and not receiving it in that time frame. At least underline on your site if there’s issues with shipment. Only giving 2 stars just because of products.

Awful, AVOID - won't refund & ignore emails I never write reviews but my experience with this company - ARMONICCI has forced my hand. The short version is, after coming across this company online and ordering a £50 hoodie from them, once received, the fit was not as described and the quality of the item was shocking, so I sent it back for a refund - to which I have never received and they have ignored all of my emails requesting my money back - totally shocking lack of customer service hiding behind a glitzy website. The slightly longer version... I ordered a 'washed style' hoodie from their website. It arrived a few days later, smelt strongly of chemicals, had no 'care' label inside to instruct on how to wash/dry etc and the branding on the chest was completely wonky with some of the lettering missing. I immediately contacted them via email as per their refund policy and explained the situation and sent them pictures. They said they could provide me a new size finished to a higher standard which I declined, stipulating I would like a refund. They provided me the returns address and I returned the hoodie to them via Royal Mail track, trace signed for delivery. The hoodie was returned, received and signed for by ARMONICCI within 5 days of me receiving it (which was well within the 14 day window from receiving the item they say returns must be back with them by). I contacted ARMONICCI via email a few days later to ask when I would receive my refund. They advised me to allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in my bank. Giving them some buffer time, I allowed 11 business days before contacting them again to inquire in to the whereabouts of my refund. This time however - no reply. I emailed them again, after 13 business days - no reply, and again after 15 business days - no reply. I even informed them I would be leaving a negative review if I didn't recieve my refund by the following Wednesday, allowing them 18 business days in total to refund me, and still, nothing. I am now £50 out of pocket because this company appears to have decided that they want my money whether I have a product from them or not. I am a busy man, with a family and a full time job, and haven't got the time to keep chasing this. I shall be reporting ARMONICCI to Trading Standards next, as even though they won't be able to help me get my money back, perhaps they will be able to investigate this company and prevent this issue happening to other future customers.
