The design of the jacket not only on the outside, but on the inside of the jacket is top quality! I chose the upgrade which includes pockets on the inside with your name labeled inside as well! GBI initially ordered a leather jacket… I initially ordered a leather jacket for my wife that ended up turning out much better than what I expected. Alex who helped us throughout the process was absolutely great, detailed, and his customer service was above and beyond. He followed up/updated with every detail and process of the coat. The coat was immediately shipped upon completion. I will say this is the best quality stitching and coat that I've ever seen especially since it was custom to my wife's liking. I guarantee I will order another from them and I will refer to any close friends for sure.
