GBThe absolute WORST - don’t give them a single penny The absolute WORST! Most people don’t receive anything whatsoever, and of the few who receive items, it is often either the WRONG ITEM or the wrong size. When people call them out on Instagram, they delete anything negative and block those users. They also steal designs from small businesses. I ordered more than $200 of merchandise from them, waiting over a month for it to ship, reached out to customer service with zero reply for weeks, then when I finally called them out on Instagram, they cancelled my order and blocked me. This company is truly heinous and disgusting. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY!

GBI enjoy the products very much but… I enjoy the products very much but sizes are big. Would have liked to buy a smaller size. Overall love it.

GBUnfortunately this is not a company I… Unfortunately this is not a company I would recommend. I originally received the incorrect custom stitching along with the incorrect size. Ordered a large and received a medium. They have yet to ship the second piece of my order and it’s been nearly two months. Communication is not timely and I have not had answers to questions I repeatedly asked. I wish my experience was positive but it has been a lot of time emailing and getting nowhere.

GBFailed to modify my order per their policy I ordered the wrong shirt and per the FAQ if I contacted within a few hours I could modify the order. The option I was given was to buy the shirt I wanted at full price (during a b1g1 50%) and they’d give me a code for free shipping on a future purchase. Despite me telling them how I wanted the issues resolved they chose not to do that and I just accepted the order the order the way I originally submitted it out of frustration. I don’t like the shirt I accidentally ordered - it’s a single color vinyl transfer I could have done myself - I wanted the embroidered version of the shirt but the broken system couldn’t fix my order so it is what it is. I won’t be ordering again.
