DISAPPOINTED!!! My case was very delayed in arriving. UPS kept changing it. When I finally received my case, I was disappointed that the magnetic closure flap was very weak, to the point of not functional. I immediately requested a return label. It's been a week and no response. I emailed info desk to inquire days ago, nothing back. I tried chat and no one is there. You do not list a phone number. SO FRUSTRATING! I will light up social media soon with my experience if I cannot get an answer.

Despite my efforts to support a small business, the purse I bought was torn inside, with a damaged card holder that led to cutting my card. After requesting a replacement and being promised one, it's been three months with no response or resolution. I paid 56,34€ on November 23, 2023, and I am left with a damaged product and no refund.
