AUTerrible. I hired a dress for my wedding day, for my mother. After receiving confirmation via email, I then received another email 48 hours later advising the dress wasn't available. Customer service is rubbish, they gave absolutely zero flicks about this and basically said not our fault. Use GlamCorner, much nicer & RELIABLE.

AUNo communication I have an event to go to tomorrow and placed an order back in September which was confirmed. Just found out today the lender no longer has the dress and I'm now without an outfit and will be waiting 5-10 days for a refund. Only found out because I emailed The Volte and the lender asking for a tracking number. Terrible service.

AUi hired a dress for my formal on… i hired a dress for my formal on saturday. i had hired the black rat and boa dress months before so i could plan ahead. on thursday( day before i was getting the dress), she cancelled on me with a passive email. do not recommend. NOT RELIABLE

AUDress was never sent Never again would I contemplate using The Volte. It’s a great concept but you have despicable people that do not honour the terms and conditions of the contract. I have spoken to other people and they have had the same experience as me - dress did not arrive. I hired this dress for my sons 21st. So disappointed ☹️

AUDo not use this company Do not use this company. Its fine if things work but hopeless when they don't. Dress never arrived. Useless support. How can you run a marketplace with no systems and customer service? Its all you have going for you. Maybe use some of the $4m you raised from VCs to implement systems to track dresses, hold lenders accountable and actually provide customer service. There is no real time chat function just a bot who emails the off shore Zendesk. All I got after 24 hours was a response that lender hasn't replied and no response when I asked for refund.
