If there was an issue I received a discount, refund or was resent another bag. They have great customer service and quick response. Although shipping may be a little slower than some, I find the product is worth the extra few days of shipping!

Cordae NY. Cordae NY.. OMG i am on my 5th bag and extremely 😊 happy with my purchases.. They are very specific what materials they are made of and accurate excellent quality there's no difference... Advice on you negative people get a measuring tape n read carefully because they are very transparent about their items!!

Awful experience Awful experience. The bag is terrible quality for the price and looks nothing like the picture. The appliques on the side aren't felt, instead it looks like weird carpet material. The belt shoulder strap had corrosion on it when I received it. And then didnt even ship out my item until almost 30 days later, after I had to reach out to them to inquire about my order. Never again. Especially with their bad "return policy". Don't waste your money or time with this company.
