Great quality, nice colors These hats are such high quality that I was really happy not only to have one for myself but to share with others. The first mock up of the design didn't look entirely right, so my sales rep helped remedy and get me the design I wanted, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, if we were to do them again, I would have made the patch bigger, and I wish the person working with me had suggested that, but I am happy overall--the logo feels subtle rather than too big and bold. To be clear, I knew the size, measured it and had a sense of how it would look, but this is more of a decision that would have been hard to make without seeing it in person. I also opted for the 5 mystery hat pack--if they offer it when you are ordering, do it! The cost was $30, and we ended up with 5 hat styles we would not have had otherwise, and they were all great. It was nice to have a variety and now I have a cute beanie I will absolutely wear in the cold weather. Would order from here again!

Best hats ever! 10/10 experience! Best hats we've ever ordered! Overall experience with Custom Patch Hats was 10/10. The quality of the patches exceeded our expectations, giving the hat a true authentic look and feel. Luke was fantastic to deal with. He responded so quickly giving us accurate mock ups with different colour options he thought would be a great fit. There was no pushiness to buy their product it, it was simply creating something the customer would be very happy with. The personal touches throughout the process of the order gave the experience a real "family" business feel which means a lot to us as we are operating a small family business ourselves.

Extra fees…. Hi! First, lets make it clear, your caps/hate are awsome! Great quality, great product, wich was like I expeded from the proofs. Also, contact with custumer service was great, Quick responses, really easy to go trought the whole process…. I made an order that cost our beer league near 750$ CAD… but when it arrived by ups, we had to pay an extra 215$ for borders fees….. wich is really expensive for our league budget for an expense of 750$ … :( For everything else, you guys rock
