Very pleased with customer service! I'm very happy with the pattern I ordered from Fabrilish! I haven't made the quilt yet, but the pattern is exactly what I wanted. I was initially concerned because the pattern took longer than expected to arrive and there wasn't any tracking information. It turned out that it was a "postcard size" pattern and tracking wouldn't make sense. I wrote to Fabrilish when I was concerned, and a new pattern was sent to me immediately! I actually ended up with 2 patterns because of this, which the company graciously wanted me to keep! Very helpful company!!

Love the fabrics and have ready made… Love the fabrics and have ready made designs with these delicious fabrics all cut and ready to go is wondrful. I don't quilt myself, but love these fabrics, so have a quilting group in my neighborhood that is willing to do the quilting part and I'll get a wonderful wall hanging. Now I just need to find someone to make me a jacket out of some of the other fabrics I've found. Great, rapid service and the presentation in the package is just lovely. Thank you!

Excellent service Excellent service. My kit was sent out immediately. I ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. The kit was complete with everything to complete my project. I only had to purchase a heavy duty stabilizer of my choice. It was a pleasure working with the owner to arrange a class for our guild. Excellent selection of kits and Australian fabric.
