He's very personable and proactive. When I submitted my logo, he call me to recommend changes more suitable to the clothes I was buying. If he hadn't done that, I would have had a dozen unhappy co-workers. When I placed my second order in March, I was very happy to see Brian was once again my contact. That REALLY made a difference because he already knew me (and I knew him) and what worked for me in the first order. Because of that, he pointed out some difference in my second order that I wasn't aware so I could make better decisions. Again, Brian really made my second order perfect!
