GBaverage instruction, bait and switch tactics, and rude Customer support. I really wanted to be open to this but i watched one video of an instructor fumble through an e flat diatonic progression and he just wasn't as experienced as i had hoped. Then i saw the renewal fee of $200 a month! I was really upset. so i went to cancel and of course they make you contact their support team to cancel. so i did. they offered me a reduced price of $27 a month. down from $200! That does not scream that i am getting a deal. it says that they'll charge you what they know to be an absurd price until you cancel. when i asked them to "get back to me ASAP" they responded with "I hope you don't treat other businesses this way." lol like i was rude to ask for a timely response. if you can't offer a quality product at a decent price than you are nothing more than an online snake oil salesmen.

NZAbsolute scam Absolute scam. Collecting payment details for an almost free trial ($0.99), apparent money back guarantee, hard to cancel, huge yearly (not monthly) billing, no phone number to contact them on. I didn't use their platform once. Suddenly you get a charge for $197 USD. They know exactly what they're doing. Disgraceful.

GBI just found what pianokeys.com really … I just found what pianokeys.com really is, when myself became yet another victim of their scam. My paypal account charged me $297 after their $0.99/mo free trial. I love the Youtube videos from Ryan, but it only suggests music has no correlation with a person's honesty.

GBI've been loving these tutorials I've been loving these tutorials, they're amazing! I stumbled upon some older videos on YouTube and I have to say, the quality and focus have improved over time. I used to watch Ryan on the pianokeyz channel years ago, and I'm thrilled to still be learning from him. His way of explaining things is truly a gift. I'm almost done with the course and I can't wait for more videos to come out!.

AUCo will rip you off Be very, very careful It may be better now it mentions $9.95 pm after the first month for 99c. but I was charged $297 no explanation of what that was for and the 30 day refund didn't exist And no reminder if you have forgotten to cancel before the end of the first month No attempt to refund partial amount
