A great boutique of pedals with an awesome customer service Didn't knew much about FX Pedal Planet. Interess in a specific pedal from Dirty Haggard made me order one to Portugal. In less than 4 days I had it in my hand. Had the chance to talk with Steve that solved all the small details I needed to get everything done properly. Couldn't recommend it more. Pedal....next day delivery We ordered the pedal on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday....outstanding service. It was very well packed and arrived in great condition...the added bits in the box of stickers, glow in the dark guitar picks and the additional control board were greatly appreciated. First class service and communication.

The best I've seen. I'd never heard of this company until stumbling across them looking for a fuzz pedal. I found a great deal with them on an interesting boutique fuzz. I ordered an SVI fuzz after checking with FX pedal planet on Facebook regarding stock levels. I can only say good things. Super quick responses and detailed communication (even to the point of a video of the pedal), best I've seen by a mile. Packaged to withstand a bomb blast, and even came with little extras, plectrums and stickers. I got a hell of a discount on this fuzz, complete with a service beyond expectation. I Honestly can say, the best customer service I've ever experienced, will 100% use again soon. All my mates will be given this website link.
