EU Store is a scam? Their EU page - artiphon.proactiveaudio.eu looks like scam. I made an order 4 days ago and I did not receive any information about the shipping of my order. So I wanted to write to support and ask about it, but now I see that the page is down and whole website looks like scam. I'm worrying now that I just lost 200 euros and will never get my order.

Extremely Helpful I recently purchased the Orba From Artiphon at this time especially since they were offering case free when added to your cart. Even though the case was left off the order (likely user error), upon reaching out to customer service, they are sending a case as well! It’s very nice to see a company willing to do that and I will always support a company like that. It’s a rare thing sometimes.

Kickstarter pledge NOW fulfilled My husband contributed $90 to Artiphon's Kickstarter in January 2020 (or maybe earlier). It is now February 20, 2021and he still has not received his Orba, or any apology or other communication. Very dishonest! Update: Orba has made things right for us! Though the original Kickstarter process did not work well for us, when Orba found out the problem they immediately sent us an Orba and silicone protector. The Orba is a really cool device!

The Orba 2 is intuitive to play and there is a great range of presets on the app to play on the Orba, record, playback and switch out with other presets and then save your song to share and playback. This is just the beginning… Artiphon has lots more for me to explore and grow.
