Excellent quality tools… Stewmac makes awesome tools for building guitars. The only suggestion I have is PRINTING a catalog with a telephone number for people like me who hate the internet. I am not the only person who has requested a printed catalog. It is beyond annoying that I have to order over the internet. If there ever is a guitar tool and parts supplier that will sell me stuff over the phone, I will take my business there. Stewmac does a great job, however guitar building existed long before stupid computers.

Unmatched Customer Service and Warranty As with each time I've had the opportunity to challenge StewMac with a complicated situation, they blew me away with their customer service and product warranty. As always, very impressed and pleased with the result. There was a slight hiccup with shipping, but sometimes things happen.

As an amateur who only builds one… As an amateur who only builds one guitar at a time (and slowly at that) I often place multiple small orders in the course of a month or two. The service I receive, especially the free shipping as a StewMac member, is outstanding and greatly appreciated.

Quality Products Received exactly what I had ordered in a more than reasonable time. Quality of product was solid. I had ordered a screwdriver set that is designed to service most guitars. The set was put together very well and will be invaluable. I had ordered some other items from another company and wish I had gone the StewMac route. Sounds cliché but you get what you pay for.
