GBPoor delivery service Shipping via USPS was the worst. I tracked the package, and it was about 5-7 miles away from my home for 4 days. USPS just kept moving it from 1 post office location to another rather than delivering it to me. USPS gives bad service. Please try to use a different service to ship future orders.

GBI placed orders over the phone I placed orders over the phone, as the system wasn’t working. I was very please with customer service for helping me and receiving my product on time, expedite due to an issue with my first order being misplaced by USPS.

GBGreat price…..for the best harps that I… Great price…..for the best harps that I have (I bought the Seydel Lightning)…..except maybe for the Silvers that I have. But love my Seydels, they sound and play fantastic. Seydel makes the best harps I own. I went from Hohner (blues harps, special 20’s, Golden Melodies, Crossovers) to Suzuki (Olives and Promasters) and now Seydel. Brass reeds to phosphorus bronze then stainless steel. However the Seydels are not beard friendly as advertised especially compared to my Suzuki’s but I still love the way they play and sound!
