PHI have a lot of budget to medium priced… I have a lot of budget to medium priced VPS and the support is what you'd expect - poor to medium - but not these guys. I get 99.9x% reliability and if there is an issue they are on to it, fixing it, and keeping me posted. Better support than some of my dedicated servers! Thanks SvenHost
