Why do they even exist This guys unbelievable - after speaking to them I realised why I hate Apple so much, I had any issue with my gift card. they said they would helped me and instead of helping they threw me under the bus, with a even bigger issue than I had before. these guys are imbeciles - they call themselves senior advisor/manager and they have no power no skill apart from wasting oxygen. Another reason why we have global warming is because of apple after service all just oxygen burners. one of the most useless companies to grace this earth. Maybe the should go learn customer service skills from places like PayPal.

I am a composer and record new songs as… I am a composer and record new songs as voice memos on my iPhone7 almost daily. But when trying to copy files from the iphone to my Windows 10 PC, it seems to be an impossible task. Itunes is created for song listeners, not creators. I understand mine is not a typical situation, most users buy songs as a product. Still, I could use a little bit more freedom and flexibility with my own songs. The Help file does not help at all, and Apple customer support could not help me without account authorization. Totally unsatisfied, will buy Android next time. Copying files should be easier than it is.

Then I end up repurchasing and don’t say that’s not possible because there are numerous versions of the same song and if you don’t remember which album you initially purchased from, you buy the same song twice. Apple charges outrageous prices for their products and still, it’s not enough. On top of overpricing products for customers, they are thieves! (I’m sure your excuse this time will be I inadvertently deleted them myself)

Itunes is worst program i used in my life , never ever buying new iphone in my life , iphone got in restore mode and i need to restore it with itunes , when i try to do this program says itunes needs to be updated to latest version , but when i try to update, it says its already latest version of itunes.. worst experience ..

Accidental Apple Music purchase After an accidental purchase of an Apple Music subscription, went to report it to reportaproblem.apple.com and was denied twice for my “accidental purchase” request with no reason. If this option is not valid to get a refund why is it even there? Absolutely unacceptable, a big company like this is after small money. Google’s refund policies are 100 times better than this disgusting company.
