GBFind a new shipper This is no reflection on the service of pigeon mountain. I give the postal service 1 star for service, my bees were 4 days late, their food had been dumped out and the bees were coming out of the crate when they arrived. Of the half that were left, half of them were dead. The remaining bees that have managed to survive have done a wonderful job at building the colony back up. They have 3 full frames full of brood in less than a month. We are disappointed that we basically have to start with a smaller colony than we expected. The bees that survived (aprox 2000) are doing great tho.

GBI recieved my bee suit and XXL women's… I recieved my bee suit and XXL women's gloves. The gloves were large but the elastic in the arm was so tight I couldn't get it over my elbows and they were cutting off my circulation within 3 minutes. My suit was a 3x which I bought per their chart so I had plenty of extra room. I am a 1x and it was so small I had camel toe and my chest was smashed down painfully. I could not bend down in the suit and my husband had to peel it off of me! The suit did not measure what the chart said, 10 inches too small in the chest. The label said 3x and it was more like a large per their chart. Polite people but not willing to help with the return costs at all even though I felt the fault was not mine. I felt like I was talking to Sarah Huckabee Sanders and the lady was lying through her teeth about their sizes. I went local and bought an xl size and it was perfect and new gloves that fit without my hands going numb. Steer clear of this company, they mis-represent their sizes in the women's department.

GBI ordered the FOUR-PINT RAPID FEEDER … I ordered the FOUR-PINT RAPID FEEDER and only received the bowl, there was no lid or center cover. Other than that issue everything else was good.

GBHorrible customer service Our package arrived with significantly more dead bees than our two previous packages from another company. The feeder can had NO holes so the bees were not able to feed during shipment. They seemed much more sluggish than the others we installed this Spring. I called to complain, Laura seemed unconcerned, just said she didn't package them for shipment. No real apology, did not offer another package or a discount on this package. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I will not recommend or ever order bees from Pigeon Mt. again.
