Save yourself the headache and use ThriftBooks.com Item was listed in good condition mentioned that it came with the CD but did not include the CD. Customer service took 5-7 days to respond and still failed to answer my question after I asked and readied. Shipping was very slow. Will never be purchasing from them again. I’ll stick with ThriftBooks which is an amazing website for used books!

I ordered 12 books from them I ordered 12 books from abebooks. Four of them never arrived after waiting over three weeks. And despite the sellers assurances that they would arrive by a certain date. Even now I can’t order the books from another seller because Abebooks is insisting on giving their irresponsible sellers another week to cure. I will never do business with abebooks again. They apparently have absolutely no concern for the quality of the booksellers they do business with or for the people that buy them.

I've never received any books I've never received any books, and they refuse to reimburse me saying "oh there's no tracking number available for your order so just wait". (like it's going to magically appear, as we are already past the shipping delay announced) Well, i'm not the one shipping internationally, and not asking for a tracking number. Just run, it's a scam.

Horrible Company AbeBooks is an amateur website with no oversight and incompetent staff. I was shipped a $200 book via the cheapest possible method, resulting in the book being thrown on the ground in front of my house and lost/stolen. AbeBooks made no effort to use signature-on-delivery. When I contacted them, the representative was indignant and uncooperative.
