GBGreat Pricing Poor Customer Service I have made major purchases as well as a few minor one's through this company. The major issue is that the company itself does not seem to keep any inventory, most items ( all of them that I purchased) came factory direct. The company cannot confirm an item being in stock or when you will receive your item. You will never get a straight answer about shipping times or product availability, as they cannot be guaranteed. I purchase equipment for a youth football league and will not use this company again.

GB*******Unacceptable - will not ever use******* I ordered football pants for my son based on the item being marked as in stock. Three days later I get an email stating the the item was on back-order. I call about it, only to find out they don't know if they will get the item in again. They agree to send me a check. They took my money instantly when I ordered and now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get it back. Also, I had to wait on hold 30 minute just to talk to someone.

GBHorrible Horrible. Just horrible. Me and my son waited and waited and ended up it was even shipped. But money were already taken. Wasted almost one month. Got from amazon in 1 day. Go to amazon everyone. Much better. Customer service is....can't express with words. They ain't care about you.

GBWorst ordering experience of my life. Worst ordering experience of my life. Ordered 3 items totalling over $200. Received 1 item, looked online to check for the rest it states in processing. Call to check the status and was told the manufacturer doesn't have the back plate in stock. Cool them to cancel the backplate send the pads. 2 days later still in processing. Call Xenith they tell me they have back plates and no issues with shipping times tell me to get PO number from team express and guess what team express doesn't give PO numbers to customers and everything is done by email. Let's not get of the wait times for customer service that another 1 star review in itself. I call team express to talk to a supervisor and she feeds me the same script as the call center rep. So I tell her to cancel my order and guess what, she has to email the "drop coordinator" so he can cancel the order with Xenith then I'll get my refund and because it's Friday she doesn't know how long it will take. I know it too 2 seconds for your system to take my money but you don't know when I'll get it back. I know when you'll get my next order. NEVER!!!!!!
