CAMisrepresented DVD as "Region 1" --- Misrepresented DVD as "Region 1" when the package clearly states and this company MUST have known that this DVD was "Region 2" and unplayable on North American equipment. Had to work through Amazon.ca and so was doubly a mess. This company not only misrepresents their products, but they have non-existent customer service. They include a handy return address sheet, but the package came back to me as "undeliverable"--using their own supplied return address. They never responded once to all of the messages sent to them from Amazon.ca. A totally unreliable company all around.

AUWARNING do not buy from these guys Purchased an album from ImportCD via eBay several months back. The wrong item arrived and when I wanted to return it they advise that they had no “free returns” set up with Australia, I needed to pay for the return, I provided them with a quote for return post and confirmed again that they would pay it. To cut a long story short, album returned which they refunded the cost of, but after weeks of we will refund the postage cost I. 3-5 days there response now is just “refer to eBay”. Yes there prices are good, there freight is sketchy at best, but do not buy from these guys if you in Australia as they will not assist when they get it wrong.

GBGive them a chance, I have no complaints! I have ordered from import CD's several times in the last 2 years, a couple new releases and several older albums. While it is true the albums don't ship until the release date hits, they usually do early the following week of it's release. As far as older albums, they ship pretty quickly after the order, 4-5 days after in my experience. Recently, even with Covid19 restrictions in place, I got it a mere 4 days after placing the order! These reviews seem excessively negative. I have never gotten the wrong item, nor have I ever been left waiting for something that never came. Like I said, I only used importcds 5 or 6 times but all transactions have been seemless and handled very professionally. They even include tracking numbers to follow your order all the way to delivery. My one complaint is I do wish they would offer a digital download of the album so, in the case of new releases and such, you could have access to the music ASAP. but in this day and age, with CD's becoming increasingly harder to find, importcds is legit as far as I'm concerned.

AUDisingenuous Customer Service I can't speak for buyers outside Australia, but if you live here DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I had a parcel bought in August through ebay. Parcel was lost by their courier (RR Donnelley), please check courier company's reviews for yourself. They first blamed the courier. I got in touch with the dodgy courier who was even more dismissive than them. They claimed parcel was delivered but refused to provide proof. They then offered a reshipment which I agreed to(this is mid October almost 2 months after purchase) Then they claimed items were sold out. Then promised a refund, Have not refunded and stopped replying to my messages. I had to involve ebay and am still waiting for a resolution after almost 3 months. Again there is a reason why they charge a couple dollars less, NOT WORTH IT. Moronic business practices, what an embarrassment because of a few dollars, way to go!

GBFAKE CDS! Copying and selling without permission! This company is duplicating my CD and selling without my permission! These are FAKE CDs and importcds is not authorized to sell, I have no distribution agreement with them and get nothing from them. Buyer beware...they are copying the original CD. I suspect they are doing this on a good many of items they advertise, when you pre-order a CD they will burn you a copy.
