They start counting the exchange the second it arrives at the store. Not when you pick it up. I ordered the wrong part and they wouldn’t let me exchange it. Be wary of purchasing anything here. Problematic business practices They don’t use unique pictures for their items, so you’re likely to receive an item in worse condition than what you see on their website. They also send everything in a mailer and not a box, so it’s likely to arrive broken since not properly protected for shipping. In addition they sometimes sell figures that have undisclosed reproduction parts. They sell them as complete and authentic and charge above eBay prices. Their customer service is also notoriously bad and they are rude when you communicate with them. Avoid.
