Absolutely The Best In Every Respect I just want to let all you DJ's and musicians out there that the only place to buy DJ and music equipment is from KPODJ. I have tried them all and nobody even comes close as far as price and most of all "customer service". I recently ordered a Ultimate Support TS 110B stand and Ultimate Support dropped the ball with shipping it to me. Joe Capo took the bull by the horns and personally made sure that I received my stand overnight. They have won my loyalty in more ways than one. I wish I had found them long ago. I have bought tons of equipment from other dealers and none of them can hold a candle to KPODJ. Keep up the great job guys. You Rock!!!!!!

These guys are pros! I wish I found these guys earlier. They are a pleasure to deal with. now I won't buy my DJ gear anywhere else. they offer the best prices and are EXTREMELY helpful on the phone.

Nightmare online order What a nightmare!! 1 star is way too much credit for this company!! I ordered an item online 1/22/12 and received it 1/27/12. When I opened up the packaging, I was very disappointed to see that the "Brand New" item I had ordered was not "Brand New" at all. Item was not only used, but defective as well. I wrote the company an email the same day and even included pictures of the item. They issued a call tag and the item was picked up 1/31/12. To this date (3/2/12) I have not received a refund or replacement item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! POOR QUALITY+POOR SERVICE+POOR COMMUNICATION+SENDING USED ITEMS AS NEW=BUSINESS FAIL!!! F-
