The representative Mamadou is extremely … The representative Mamadou is extremely helpful and professional each and every time I use this Cruise Line. I only wish that they would have a boat leave from 23rd street that fits 600 people. One problem I have while the cruise is going on is that they open the door on the first floor to bet additional liquor bottles and the smell is TERRIBLE . i feel they should not open during a cruise

Birthday on the Cosmo I decided to choose Empire Cruises for my boyfriend's 30th birthday party. Everything went very smoothly. For pre planning I worked with Edward and Jennifer. They were great, addressed all my questions over the phone and via email. The boat manager Sal was our point of contact the day of the event and took great care of us! Sal and his crew were so accommodating with helping my family setup the party with the decorations and the layout, making sure that it was what I envisioned. I really appreciated Sal's personable and easy going work ethic. His staff was very helpful, the bartender Bodega was super sweet as well! I would definitely recommend this team for future events!

Excellent experience with Empire Cruises We rented the Jacana for our cruise in late June. We found the staff to be accommodating, the boat to be clean and the route to be good as well - down the East River, quite close to the Statue of Liberty, and around the World Trade Center before looping back. As a 65+ person group in their mid twenties, we enjoyed ourselves - the food and drink setup was very friendly and accommodating of a group like ours as well. It would be wise to bring an extra adaptor for the speaker system as we had trouble converting ours from the aux cord provided to a new iPhone port.
