GBProducts are not high quality RC and bad refund policy I received the product in good condition and on time. However, it was not what my gift recipient wanted because it was more for a child (not a quality RC item) and emailed them to find out how to return it. They replied quickly and asked me to send a video of the product and they would decide whether or not I could be refunded. That is a terrible policy and after 2 weeks, I still have not heard back from them. I guess I am stuck with the product. I will not be buying anything from them again.

GBPlane came damaged Plane came damaged. There answer was “Damage not uncommon for foam planes” What????? I will deal with Tower in the future. They care about their customers.

GBSeveral times I was told I was told a… Several times I was told I was told a return label would be sent to me. Never happed! So I have lost trust in Hobby Zone and will look elsewhere for planes/parts. Customer trust means a lot to me. Dave
