I ordered 12 cases of Fever Tree tonic … I ordered 12 cases of Fever Tree tonic water. Many in different size boxes. One box, poorly packed, was crushed and all the bottles inside were broken. Since the box was not wet, and the interior packing was not wet, that the damage happened before the shipper received it. This is the second time this has happened. Hot Cherry Peppers My husband loves his hot cherry peppers, but we live Georgia where their food preferences are different than those of us northerners. I ordered six jars of hot cherry peppers as a Christmas gift and he was over the moon!

I received a wrong item. I received wrong order and called and called and nobody answers the phone so I left an angry message. I got an email telling me to send a picture of what I received. the issue is not resolved yet. My experience so far is a total disappointment and I do not think I will order anything else form this company. They do not have a customer service which the pretend they have and you can never talk to a person. They immediately say they are busy and wants you to leave a message. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WAY TO DO TODAY'S BUSINESS.
