GBAppreciated I had an issue with using the wrong card to pay for a subscription. I reached out and was able to get it refunded. I didn't have to wait days for a response from them. They were back in touch with me in a couple hours and had everything taken care of. I very much appreciated it!!

GBThe first box was fun The first box was fun, but I got charged for the 2nd box, and it never showed up. Tried to reach the company, but they never responded to my emails, the chat link on the website does not work, and there is no customer service phone number listed on the website. Terrible way to run a business, or perhaps its just a scam...

GBMy daughter had the case solved in 30… My daughter had the case solved in 30 minutes. I expected that it would have been more challenging for the amount of money I paid for the subscription. Probably won't renew.
