Tried to reach the company, but they never responded to my emails, the chat link on the website does not work, and there is no customer service phone number listed on the website. Terrible way to run a business, or perhaps its just a scam...

GBGood Challenge This is the second Killer At Large puzzle that we have done. Some of the clues were well hidden - really liked the puzzle. It took us a couple of hours to figure it out - really liked the fact that it was a two step puzzle. That was a nice twist. I do have a couple of issues with the facts of the case, and one with the solution, but I do not want to put them here because one of them would be a spoiler. Anyhow- I thought it was a great puzzle and it kept us thinking and discussing. Keep them coming.

GBMy daughter had the case solved in 30… My daughter had the case solved in 30 minutes. I expected that it would have been more challenging for the amount of money I paid for the subscription. Probably won't renew.

GBAppreciated I had an issue with using the wrong card to pay for a subscription. I reached out and was able to get it refunded. I didn't have to wait days for a response from them. They were back in touch with me in a couple hours and had everything taken care of. I very much appreciated it!!
