30 hr delay my wife was supposed to take a flight from doha to Kuwait and then from Kuwait to Alexandria , she was supposed to leave doha 21:00 friday evening , she actually left 5hrs late at around 2 am Saturday morning , first delay waiting for 5 hrs at the airport with no justification or even an apology . then at Kuwait she found out that her flight is actually delayed for a FULL 26 hrs ! again no justification or apology . and to make matters worse they refused to transfer her baggage to another flight i reserved for her to get her home quickly, wasting the extra ticket i booked in the process. a grand total of 30 hr delay on a 4 hr flight without a single email or notification from them the whole time . and ofc all forms of customer service is non existent since none of the listed phone numbers pick up , my only way of communication was to call the airport and beg them to connect me to someone that might give me information
