Poor Returning Customer Service I have been a true believer in shock therapy since early 2017 when they were still grass roots. Over the last 3 years I have recommended countless people to them. Almost every single person I ride with has it and I personally have 4 cars, that have been done by them with the most recent one being a Rs1 for my kid. My main car that I drive has 3000 dune miles since I did the suspension so I thought it might be time to freshen it up and get some updates done because I know that there have been quite a few changes since mine was done. I was even thinking about doing the new electronic system for the ride control and doing a front sway bar seeing how the stock ones are always breaking .Last week I called to make an appointment to get it done figuring that it would take 1day like every other time I have been there but when the person on the phone found out what I wanted to do he told me that these kind of appointments are fill ins and it could take up to a week to get my car back. I tried to explain to him that I am from Canada and I would only be there for a week and then be taking the car back to Canada with me so I there was no way I could leave it that long. He then proceeded to tell me that when I get home I could take them off and ship them to him and that they deal with international shipping all the time. That made zero sense to me but what do I know. What is the difference whether I make an appointment to get all my shocks redone or am a new customer? seeing how the process is the same as far as taking the shocks off the car taking the springs off and completely disassemble the shock. I was upset that they would not work with me and the guy on the other end of the line could have cared less all he said was this is the policy for this process. Its to bad when companies get so big that they dont care if they get your business or not because the phone is ringing off the hook and they are booked 2 or 3 weeks out. I will not be recommending them to any one i know, not that it will make a big dent in thier business . There are other shock companies around the valley that are still competing for business and i look forward to building a relationship with them. Thanks

They have very excellent quality… They have very excellent quality products, some of the best. I didn't rate 5 stars because I believe that got too big too quick. I have had mixed results with customer sales reps, and sent non-fitting items that were rushed out before a diligent R&D was performed. However, the customer service dude then went above and beyond to rectify the situation. But for my level 3 spring kit, I got a one size fits all treatment and felt a bit dumbed down by the rep even though I know my way around a shim stack. ( and the primary rears are the wrong rate for my application). I don't think a set of Walkers rebuilt and sprung by them couldn't last more than 4000 miles until they disintegrate into High Desert yard art. I would buy there stuff again though, and again. Top notch machining, killer tolerances, and USA made. Their Tech guys/gals know their stuff. I see why so many companies imitate ST products.

I have problems with my spring rubbing… I have problems with my spring rubbing in the actual shock. The guy that installed it for me heard that the spring maybe needs to be turned. I don’t understand why this would be the case. Also the bolt broke that holds the sway arm I purchased. I called to order new ones and was told they are stock. The dealer didn’t have them in stock.
