GBI had a claim on a spring that was… I had a claim on a spring that was badly bowed. I could fit my finger between the spring and shock body. It took quite a bit of bargaining to get a replacement. The new spring is now as bad as the old one after 100 miles. The spring rate is right on, but the quality and tech support is poor. They actually told me to turn the spring up-side-down to correct the problem. Do the research and get KINGS or a better brand.

GBOne of my springs had paint chips… One of my springs had paint chips missing and the guy Mike I spoke with sent me a link to buy my own touch up paint after spending $800 on springs. I shouldn’t have to spend more to fix brand new $800 springs! Also the screws for the crossover were so weak they stripped out with minimal pressure.

GBThey didn't know when additional parts… They didn't know when additional parts that they sale would be available and couldn't even provide a time frame when they would be available.

GBThe limit straps are a big plus The limit straps are a big plus. Will engineered. Nose is gone. The only reason for only 4 stars is the price. I have 2 cars His and Hers. Both with ST suspension front and back. And now both with limit straps. I think every one knows where I am going with this. Thanks ST for another outstanding product.

GBThese shocks will be a huge improvement… These shocks will be a huge improvement over the stock ones. Put these on a 2015 Polaris XP1000 Highlifter. They did not have specific install instructions for the Highlifter. I started with the measurements they provided for the regular XP1000 and adjusted from there. I did have the sway bar disconnected on the stock set up but had to hook it back up because there is way more body roll with these plush new shocks.
