GBI’ve yet to receive my order I’ve yet to receive my order. There has been very little communication. Two weeks had gone by and I was only then notified that there were issues getting the book from the supplier. The class that requires the book has already started and there is no indication that it will ship yet alone arrive. I cannot recommend BiggerBooks. The order is about 80 dollars. I would like a refund or a steep discount.

GBslow shipping I ordered my book on 1/5/24 and paid for expedited shipping and it didn’t ship until 1/11/24 and then it didn’t arrive until 1/17/24. To me there is nothing expedited about that.

GBTracking Issues The book arrived, but I got it on the 10th when I paid for overnight shipping and it should have arrived the 9th. I never received a tracking number, so the process was quite mysterious and nerve-wracking because I desperately needed the book ASAP. But I did receive it.

GBCancelled order without giving me notice I attempted to order a textbook through bigger books as it was the cheapest price. I paid for expedited shipping so I could receive the book in time. However, they decided to cancel the order and not send some sort of email or notice informing me that they canceled the order. No reason was given, just simply a cancellation. I only figured it out after I was wondering where my book was. I received a confirmation email saying they will send an email when it was shipped. I had to thoroughly dig to find out it was cancelled. I would never buy from this site even if their textbook was half the price of the next cheapest one.

GBNo book found I appreciated that the book I ordered was no longer available your company promptly emailed me about the issue and reimbursed money back to my card.
