Ease of use versus control... The ease of ordering a digital copy is excellent, but I sadly clicked the wrong version and cannot cancel the incorrect one, even though, it was not delivered as of yet. The book finally arrived today… The book finally arrived today 10/10/2023, after I paid for expedited shipping (1-5 days) on 9/27/2023. I never received any tracking information to know the status. I'm glad it arrived. Just wish it would have within the time frame I paid extra for.

You deliver books quickly which aids me on getting a head start on my lessons. Once, I utilized a different company, they sent me a book that was ruined and then charged me for the damage!!
