not my first choice... When I read all the negative reviews on this site I hesitated and thought about not purchasing the piano sheets at musicaneo. I usually buy my piano sheets from musicnotes but they didn't offer the particular one that I wanted and I liked the version on musicaneo best from what I found on different websites. To put it in a nutshell: I took the risk and clicked 'purchase' - could access and print the sheet - and I thus I cannot confirm the criticism others posted here. However, I probably will not buy any more piano sheets there because it is very inconvenient compared to musicnotes. There you have an interactive app where you can not only see all sheets but also listen to them. And printing is also easier because at musicaneo the notes did not cover the entire page and I first had to change some print settings to make it fit etc So I don't really recommend musicaneo because you get less for your money than you get at musicnotes for example, But nevertheless the site is fine.

No response to publishing problems I've been a self publisher with this site for a few years. Although I've had quite a lot (300+) score downloads taken, there is something iffy about their stats reporting. My logged in account continually shows one item as the "Latest Download" taken, but it's nonsense as there has been no movement on that score in the last 2 years! And now (Nov/Dec 2023) having uploaded a new piece to my selling site, it does not appear in the listing of my music when searching under either Composer Name or Title, even though I can see it in my logged-in account page. Absolutely no Customer Services response to either FB message or emails. I am now unsure whether this (USA) company is still operational. Am now looking at another online self publishing site to use instead.

my uploaded scores cannot be found I uploaded some scores. when I search for them, the cannot be found. Support does NOTHING.

It's alright It's fine, but it feels outdated. I've seen other reviews and such about it being a scam, but it's usually the people that are scamming you, not the website.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE Seriously, save yourself the trouble. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Bought a music score, it's only a blank page when I want to print it. No customer care. I really should have seen the reviews here before buying.
