GBWell Well, You cannot access it online, they have to place orders, cancel shipments, send you a return label by phone only. They did say to me yesterday their system is down but their online platform isn't supported they said today. I had to cancel any further shipments today because what they sent me for the return label I did not order. by phone, yesterday they supposed to send me a link to obtaining a return label but they couldn't reach my email. They told it could be on their end or mine, but that sounds like blaming the consumer.

GBI have been with American Mint since… I have been with American Mint since March of 2014 and have had wonderful service. Although once in a while I receive the wrong coin holder, but eventually I get the right one when I complain to them that I couldn't use what they had sent to me! I have many collections and they will be left for all my children, grandchildren, great-grand children and great-great grandchildren for them to continue the collections in years to come. Keep up the great work, this is a wonderful investment!

GBBasically you guys are great Basically you guys are great. The quality of your merchandise is very good. Only issue I have is when I purchase discounted products I have to deal with the Collectors program and you send stuff for me to review and purchase which I did not request and then I have to request refunds. Suggest you add Bowie Knives for Hispanic Confederate veterans.

GBThis company preys on the elderly This company preys on the elderly. My grandfather ordered one coin and was sent 3, at $104.41/ea. We called and “their systems were down”, seems sketchy. Surprised there has not been a class action lawsuit against this predatory company, you can’t charge people for what they didn’t order. Funny enough we had sent back items before with a request to cease, however my grandpa got this invoice again. It appears others are suffering at the hands of this company, hopefully they are shut down ASAP before more grandparents are preyed upon.

GBScamming elderly Paid for a coin by credit card, it never arrived but received a bill. When I called was told the coin was sent to a PO box, operator wouldn't give me the PO Box #. I have no PO box. Thank goodness credit card company refunded ... still getting bills tho. Update: American Mint, I called customer service 4 times and got different story each time. I'm not bothering with them again.
