GBMakes my life much easier! I have been using SalesVu for years. They are continuously adding features that help me do business more efficiently. I own two cafes, one of them a drive thru, and having fast transactions is a must. One of the best things about them is that they listen to their customers. On a few occasions I have made feature requests that have been implemented in updates. Their customer service department is attentive and knowledgeable (shout out to Thomas) and you can get someone online usually immediately.

GBThis system is not user friendly... This system is not user friendly for a retail environment, resulting in customer facing problems and directly resulting in the level of customer service you can provide to your customer. There are a multitude of disconnects in the system which make returns/exchanges difficult and complicated both for sales staff and customer. We have had multiple customers frustrated with the process and the time it takes to receive a store credit. This isn't rocket science, it shouldn't take this long.

Easy to check them in manually or they can do it by their phone number or scan a membership card. So many features depending on your needs. Check them out, you won’t regret it. You can even track employees. It’s so easy to use.

GBI am so happy I chose SalesVu I am so happy I chose SalesVu. My inventory is so easy to manage. And any questions I have are easily answered by a SalesVu expert. I never have to wait for an answer, it is taken care of immediately with one phone call, email or instant message. I was nervous in the beginning since I had no experience with a point of sale service but I was using it like a professional instantly with the help I received from SalesVu. And I love how it is easily integrated with QuickBooks. I recommend this service to anyone who wants to be organized and have a thorough point of sale.

GBMy 6 Year SalesVu Experience I used SalesVu since 2013. We started as a very small cafe, using just the iPad POS app. We integrated the Bluetooth scanner, then the Bluetooth printer, and finally the E-Commerce aspect. Before we sold our business, we were running 2 stand alone iPad POS register setups, and a third iPad was handling our 20-40 online food orders, daily. I can say, SalesVu really helped our business. Sometimes good changes would come out, others bad ones, but between calling Austin, and using live chat, the SalesVu staff always did a great job to help me when I had issues. The only reason I just canceled my service, again, after 6 years, is the fact I left food service and am now in vending. I enjoied SalesVu so much, I convinced three different food service operators, like myself, to transition their operations and adopt SalesVu. Thanks SalesVu for the 6 years of support, and innovation!
