GBI've really lost my patience with… I've really lost my patience with Drone World, they contracted on Wednesday promised ship that day ,didn't happen. I waited, and gave them another chance, promised over night shipping didn't happen. These people are just flat out liars. Beware of Drone World, beware of Drone World.

GBDroneWorld was GREAT! overall DroneWorld was great in the overall. I was disappointed that it took 3 months to get a product out of Asia. That being said, they were on top of always responding to my requests for updates about availability and shipping etc. I'm glad I waited it out and didn't cancel my order. Many thanks for great service and responses to my concerns about the ultimate getting of what I had ordered.

UPDATE: Once again Drone world has led me to the perfect product and deal. They were able to answer all my questions and I feel very confident in the new DJI Mavic Pro I have purchased as my 2nd drone from them.

GBI rated a 4 only because of the order… I rated a 4 only because of the order place to shipped length of time. I called after 3 weeks to find out the order was lost in the system. Also, when I ordered my drone, on a Monday morning it went into a shipped status but hadn't shipped through the carrier. I missed out on an outdoor wedding shoot which would have paid for half of the drone package. Your brand seems to be of high quality, but getting it out the door to the customer definately could use improvement.
